Important Information About Duplicate Vote-by-Mail Packets
As a result of a vendor error during the ballot replacement procedure, some Tulare County voters received duplicate vote-by-mail packets.
The issue primarily affected a portion of voters within the City of Tulare.
The vendor has accepted full responsibility and is working with County officials to provide voters with accurate information and guidance.
01
SUBMIT ONLY ONE BALLOT.
YOU MAY USE EITHER PACKET TO CAST YOUR BALLOT.
02
SECURELY DESTROY THE DUPLICATE PACKET.
DO NOT RETURN OR ATTEMPT TO VOTE THE DUPLICATE BALLOT.
California law permits each voter to cast only one ballot in an election.
Any additional ballots submitted by the same voter will not be counted.
If you have questions about whether you have already voted or need additional information, please contact the Tulare County Registrar of Voters at
(559) 839-2100 or ROV@tularecounty.ca.gov.
